COMMON
QUESTIONS.

How long does site prep take for a commercial build?
Depends on size and complexity. A 2-acre commercial pad: 2–4 weeks. A large multi-acre development with stormwater systems: 6–12 weeks. We give a clear schedule at contract.
Do you do demolition only — without follow-on work?
Yes. Pure demolition jobs we'll quote standalone. Slab removal, old building takedown, garage tear-down — quoted by the project.
Can you demolish a structure with utilities still in it?
We coordinate utility disconnection BEFORE demolition. Electric, gas, water, sewer all handled with the utility companies first. Then we demolish safely.
What about contaminated soil or hazardous materials?
For asbestos, lead, fuel tanks, or contaminated soil, we coordinate with certified specialty contractors — we don't cut corners on hazmat handling. We identify hazards up front and bring in the right specialty crews when needed.
Do you do residential site prep too?
Yes — house pad prep, septic system excavation, residential demolition, driveway prep. Smaller scale but same standards.
What's included in a typical site prep package?
Clearing, grubbing, rough grading, building pad excavation, utility coordination, erosion control, and a finished pad ready for foundation work. Stormwater systems quoted separately if needed.
