How long does a commercial build take?
Pole-barn-style commercial structures: 4–8 weeks. Stick-built or steel-frame commercial buildings with full interior finish: 4–9 months depending on size and scope. We give realistic timelines at proposal — and we hit them.
Do you handle permits?
Yes — we coordinate with your engineer or architect on the drawings, and we either pull permits directly or work alongside your project manager. Either way, we don't pour footings until everything is signed off.
Can you work with my architect or engineer?
Yes, frequently. About half our commercial work comes with engineered drawings already in hand. We follow them precisely and flag anything that's going to cause real-world buildability issues before pour day.
What size commercial projects do you take?
Anything from a 2,400 sqft single-tenant retail box to multi-acre warehouse developments. If it's commercial and it's in Central PA, we'll quote it honestly.
Do you provide a written contract and progress schedule?
Always. Commercial work runs on milestones — site prep, foundation, framing, building envelope, finishes — each with a payment schedule and target date. You see the plan in writing before we break ground.
What areas do you serve?
